1. Definitions

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered xz999 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. xz999 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first registered may be closed and any balances, including winnings, may be voided.

3.5 KYC Verification

xz999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documentation includes a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your xz999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. xz999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify xz999 support immediately at [email protected]. xz999 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. xz999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing inactivity policy. Players will be notified prior to any fees being applied. Real Money Balances remaining in inactive accounts will never be confiscated without prior notice and a reasonable opportunity to reactivate the account.

4.4 Account Currency

The primary account currency on xz999 is the Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated. Transactions initiated through supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, and SadaPay are processed in PKR without currency conversion fees applied by xz999.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. xz999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the xz999 cashier at the time of transaction. xz999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the account, or to a method verifiably owned by the account holder. xz999 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any additional verification requirements.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to requesting a withdrawal, you must ensure that:

• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances have been fully satisfied;
• Your account identity verification (KYC) is complete and approved;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold specified in the cashier;
• No active investigation, dispute, or account restriction is in place on your account.

5.4 Suspected Fraudulent Transactions

xz999 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, xz999 may report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

5.5 USDT TRC20

xz999 supports deposits and withdrawals via USDT TRC20. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network confirmation times and applicable minimum amounts displayed in the cashier. The PKR equivalent applied to cryptocurrency transactions is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is initiated and confirmed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by xz999 are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from such bonuses may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

xz999 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, employing low-variance betting strategies specifically to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to accumulate promotional credits. xz999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is identified.

6.4 Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses and any winnings generated from uncompleted bonus wagering that remain in a player's account after the stated expiry date will be removed automatically. xz999 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the original promotion terms.

7. Games & Betting Rules

Bets placed on suspended, cancelled, or voided markets will be settled in accordance with those rules. xz999 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, xz999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the players' accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction will not be honoured. The decision of xz999 in respect of malfunction settlements is final.

7.4 RNG Certification

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the xz999 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game content, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of xz999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xz999 Platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise exploit any xz999 content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of xz999.

The xz999 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of xz999. You may not use any xz999 trademark or trade name without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

xz999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. xz999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures.

11. Privacy & Data

xz999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using xz999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xz999 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and xz999 cannot guarantee absolute security.

xz999 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except where required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.2 Termination by Player

13.3 Effect of Termination

14.3 Bet Settlement Disputes

15. Governing Law
